Welcome to Kookies Corner, a Thai restaurant. My name is Kookie, and I'd like to share the story of how Kookies Corner came to be.

Growing up in Bangkok, I was surrounded by inspiring role models who nurtured my passion for Thai cooking. My grandmother was a chef for a noble family, and my mother also possessed a deep love for cooking.

As a child, I spent countless hours observing my grandmother and mother in the kitchen, absorbing their passion and skills, which have been passed down to me.

The idea for Kookies Corner stemmed from my craving for authentic Thai food, which was hard to find here. It presented a wonderful opportunity to bring genuine Thai flavors to the people of Kristinehamn, leading to the birth of Kookies Corner.

At Kookies Corner, we offer more than just outstanding cuisine; we provide an immersive exploration of Thai culture. You'll experience the authentic taste and spiciness of Thai food as if you were in Thailand. A crucial element in ensuring the quality of our dishes is our use of fresh herbs and culinary expertise.
